Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your pet to be happy with your Pawsy order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For health & pet safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, tried on, or used.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- If we made an error, we’ll take care of everything at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at shop.pawsyla@gmail.com with your order number.
- Let us know which item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply with simple return instructions.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect pet health & hygiene, the following cannot be returned:
- Used or opened items
- Pet beds that have been tried
- Toys that show signs of pet contact
- Treats, food, grooming products once opened
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
